Jó 10

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

My soul|strong="H5315" is weary|strong="H5354" of my life|strong="H2416"; I will leave|strong="H5800" my complaint|strong="H7879" upon myself; I will speak|strong="H1696" in the bitterness|strong="H4751" of my soul|strong="H5315".

I will say|strong="H0559" unto God|strong="H0433", Do not condemn|strong="H7561" me; shew|strong="H3045" me wherefore thou contendest|strong="H7378" with me.

Is it good|strong="H2895" unto thee that thou shouldest oppress|strong="H6231", that thou shouldest despise|strong="H3988" the work|strong="H3018" of thine hands|strong="H3709", and shine|strong="H3313" upon the counsel|strong="H6098" of the wicked|strong="H7563"?

Hast thou eyes|strong="H5869" of flesh|strong="H1320"? or seest|strong="H7200" thou as man|strong="H0582" seeth|strong="H7200"?

Are thy days|strong="H3117" as the days|strong="H3117" of man|strong="H0582"? are thy years|strong="H8141" as man’s|strong="H1397" days|strong="H3117",

That thou enquirest|strong="H1245" after mine iniquity|strong="H5771", and searchest|strong="H1875" after my sin|strong="H2403"?

Thou knowest|strong="H1847" that I am not wicked|strong="H7561"; and there is none that can deliver|strong="H5337" out of thine hand|strong="H3027".

Thine hands|strong="H3027" have made|strong="H6087" me and fashioned|strong="H6213" me together|strong="H3162" round about|strong="H5439"; yet thou dost destroy|strong="H1104" me.

Remember|strong="H2142", I beseech thee, that thou hast made|strong="H6213" me as the clay|strong="H2563"; and wilt thou bring|strong="H7725" me into dust|strong="H6083" again|strong="H7725"?

Hast thou not poured me out|strong="H5413" as milk|strong="H2461", and curdled|strong="H7087" me like cheese|strong="H1385"?

Thou hast clothed|strong="H3847" me with skin|strong="H5785" and flesh|strong="H1320", and hast fenced|strong="H7753" me with bones|strong="H6106" and sinews|strong="H1517".

Thou hast granted|strong="H6213" me life|strong="H2416" and favour|strong="H2617", and thy visitation|strong="H6486" hath preserved|strong="H8104" my spirit|strong="H7307".

And these things hast thou hid|strong="H6845" in thine heart|strong="H3824": I know|strong="H3045" that this is with thee.

If I sin|strong="H2398", then thou markest|strong="H8104" me, and thou wilt not acquit|strong="H5352" me from mine iniquity|strong="H5771".

If I be wicked|strong="H7561", woe|strong="H0480" unto me; and if I be righteous|strong="H6663", yet will I not lift up|strong="H5375" my head|strong="H7218". I am full|strong="H7649" of confusion|strong="H7036"; therefore see|strong="H7202" thou mine affliction|strong="H6040";

For it increaseth|strong="H1342". Thou huntest|strong="H6679" me as a fierce lion|strong="H7826": and again|strong="H7725" thou shewest thyself marvellous|strong="H6381" upon me.

Thou renewest|strong="H2318" thy witnesses|strong="H5707" against me, and increasest|strong="H7235" thine indignation|strong="H3708" upon me|strong="H5978"; changes|strong="H2487" and war|strong="H6635" are against me.

Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth|strong="H3318" out of the womb|strong="H7358"? Oh that I had given up the ghost|strong="H1478", and no eye|strong="H5869" had seen|strong="H7200" me!

I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried|strong="H2986" from the womb|strong="H0990" to the grave|strong="H6913".

Are not my days|strong="H3117" few|strong="H4592"? cease|strong="H2308" then, and let me alone|strong="H7896", that I may take comfort|strong="H1082" a little|strong="H4592",

Before I go|strong="H3212" whence I shall not return|strong="H7725", even to the land|strong="H0776" of darkness|strong="H2822" and the shadow of death|strong="H6757";

A land|strong="H0776" of darkness|strong="H5890", as darkness|strong="H0652" itself; and of the shadow of death|strong="H6757", without any order|strong="H5468", and where the light|strong="H3313" is as darkness|strong="H0652".
