1 Bel|strong="H1078" boweth down|strong="H3766", Nebo|strong="H5015" stoopeth|strong="H7164", their idols|strong="H6091" were upon the beasts|strong="H2416", and upon the cattle|strong="H0929": your carriages|strong="H5385" were heavy loaden|strong="H6006"; they are a burden|strong="H4853" to the weary|strong="H5889" beast.
1 Já abatido está Bel, Nebo já se encurvou, os seus ídolos são postos sobre os animais, sobre as bestas; as cargas dos vossos fardos são canseira para as bestas já cansadas.
2 They stoop|strong="H7164", they bow down|strong="H3766" together|strong="H3162"; they could|strong="H3201" not deliver|strong="H4422" the burden|strong="H4853", but themselves|strong="H5315" are gone|strong="H1980" into captivity|strong="H7628".
2 Juntamente se encurvaram e se abateram; não puderam livrar-se da carga, mas a sua alma entrou em cativeiro.
3 Hearken|strong="H8085" unto me, O house|strong="H1004" of Jacob|strong="H3290", and all the remnant|strong="H7611" of the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478", which are borne|strong="H6006" by me from the belly|strong="H0990", which are carried|strong="H5375" from the womb|strong="H7356":
3 Ouvi-me, ó casa de Jacó e todo o resíduo da casa de Israel; vós, a quem trouxe nos braços desde o ventre e levei desde a madre.
4 And even to your old age|strong="H2209" I am he; and even to hoar hairs|strong="H7872" will I carry|strong="H5445" you: I have made|strong="H6213", and I will bear|strong="H5375"; even I will carry|strong="H5445", and will deliver|strong="H4422" you.
4 E até à velhice eu serei o mesmo e ainda até às cãs eu vos trarei; eu o fiz, e eu vos levarei, e eu vos trarei e vos guardarei.
5 To whom will ye liken|strong="H1819" me, and make me equal|strong="H7737", and compare|strong="H4911" me, that we may be like|strong="H1819"?
5 A quem me fareis semelhante, e com quem me igualareis, e me comparareis, para que sejamos semelhantes?
6 They lavish|strong="H2107" gold|strong="H2091" out of the bag|strong="H3599", and weigh|strong="H8254" silver|strong="H3701" in the balance|strong="H7070", and hire|strong="H7936" a goldsmith|strong="H6884"; and he maketh|strong="H6213" it a god|strong="H0410": they fall down|strong="H5456", yea, they worship|strong="H7812".
6 Gastam o ouro da bolsa e pesam a prata nas balanças; assalariam o ourives, e ele faz um deus, e diante dele se prostram e se inclinam.
7 They bear|strong="H5375" him upon the shoulder|strong="H3802", they carry|strong="H5445" him, and set him in his place|strong="H3240", and he standeth|strong="H5975"; from his place|strong="H4725" shall he not remove|strong="H4185": yea, one shall cry|strong="H6817" unto him, yet can he not answer|strong="H6030", nor save|strong="H3467" him out of his trouble|strong="H6869".
7 Sobre os ombros o tomam, o levam e o põem no seu lugar; ali está, do seu lugar não se move; e, se recorrem a ele, resposta nenhuma dá, nem livra ninguém da sua tribulação.
8 Remember|strong="H2142" this, and shew yourselves men|strong="H0377": bring it again|strong="H7725" to mind|strong="H3820", O ye transgressors|strong="H6586".
8 Lembrai-vos disso e tende ânimo; reconduzi-o ao coração, ó prevaricadores.
9 Remember|strong="H2142" the former things|strong="H7223" of old|strong="H5769": for I am God|strong="H0410", and there is none else; I am God|strong="H0430", and there is none|strong="H0657" like|strong="H3644" me,
9 Lembrai-vos das coisas passadas desde a antiguidade: que eu sou Deus, e não há outro Deus, não há outro semelhante a mim;
10 Declaring|strong="H5046" the end|strong="H0319" from the beginning|strong="H7225", and from ancient times|strong="H6924" the things that are not yet done|strong="H6213", saying|strong="H0559", My counsel|strong="H6098" shall stand|strong="H6965", and I will do|strong="H6213" all my pleasure|strong="H2656":
10 que anuncio o fim desde o princípio e, desde a antiguidade, as coisas que ainda não sucederam; que digo: o meu conselho será firme, e farei toda a minha vontade;
11 Calling|strong="H7121" a ravenous bird|strong="H5861" from the east|strong="H4217", the man|strong="H0376" that executeth my counsel|strong="H6098" from a far|strong="H4801" country|strong="H0776": yea, I have spoken|strong="H1696" it, I will also bring|strong="H0935" it to pass; I have purposed|strong="H3335" it, I will also do|strong="H6213" it.
11 que chamo a ave de rapina desde o Oriente e o homem do meu conselho, desde terras remotas; porque assim o disse, e assim acontecerá; eu o determinei e também o farei.
12 Hearken|strong="H8085" unto me, ye stouthearted|strong="H0047", that are far from|strong="H7350" righteousness|strong="H6666":
12 Ouvi-me, ó duros de coração, vós que estais longe da justiça.
13 I bring near|strong="H7126" my righteousness|strong="H6666"; it shall not be far off|strong="H7368", and my salvation|strong="H8668" shall not tarry|strong="H0309": and I will place|strong="H5414" salvation|strong="H8668" in Zion|strong="H6726" for Israel|strong="H3478" my glory|strong="H8597".
13 Faço chegar a minha justiça, e não estará ao longe, e a minha salvação não tardará; mas estabelecerei em Sião a salvação e em Israel, a minha glória.
