Mateus 22
Ooratha Caaquwaa (DWRNT) vs VC
1 Yesuusi asaw laa7ethuwaa leemisuwan hawadaan yaagiide haasayeedda;
2 “Saluwaa kawutethay bare na7aw machchiyaa immanaw ubbabaa makkeedda kaatiyaa mala.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 He kaatii bullachchaw odi wotheedda asatuwa xeesanaw bare qoomatuwaa kiitteedda; shin asatu yaanaw koyyibeykkino.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 “Qassi hara qoomatuwaa, ‘Xeesetteeddawantta, “Taani qumaa giigissaaddi; ta sanggatuunne ta modhdho miyatuu shuketteeddino; ubbabaykka maketteedda. Bulachchaa haa yiite” yaagite’ yaagiide kiitteedda.
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Shin xeesetteeddawanttu koyyennaan ixxiide, barenttu oosoo beeddino; ittuu bare goshshaw biina, yokkuu bare zali77ew beedda.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Atteeddawanttu qassi kaatiyaa qoomatuwaa oyqqi wadhdhiide wodheeddino.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 “Kaatii daro hanqqetteedda; qassi bare wottaaddaratuwaa yeddiide, he shemppuwaa wodheeddawantta wodhissiide, unttunttu katamaa guudisseedda.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Hewaappe guyyiyan, bare qoomatuwaa, ‘Bullachchay maketteedda; shin xeesetteeddawanttu bullachchaw bessiyaa asa gidikkino.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Hewaa diraw, wogga qadhdhaa biide, hinttenttu demmeedda asaa ubbaa bullachchaw xeesite’ yaageedda.
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 He qoomatuu qadhdhaa biide, barenttu demmeedda asaa ubbaa lo77uwaa iitaa shiishshiide, bullachchaa daasiyaa kuntheeddino.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 “Shin kaatii qumaa maanaw utteedda asaa be7anaw geleeddda wode, bullachchaa mayuwaa mayyibeenna itti bitaniyaa hewaan be7iide,
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 ‘Ta laggew, bullachchaa mayuwaa mayyennaan waanaade hawaa gelaaddii?’ yaagina bitani co77u geedda.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 “Hewaappe guyyiyan, kaatii bare qoomatuwaa, ‘Ha bitaniyaa kushiyaanne gediya qachchiide, kare dhumaa kessi olite; I hewaan yeekkananne achchaa dhaqana’ yaageedda.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 “Ayissi gooppe, xeesetteeddawanttu dara; shin dooretteeddawanttu guutha” yaageedda.
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Hewaappe guyyiyan, Parisaawatuu biide, A haasayaappe balaa demmiide, A oyqqana mala maqqetteeddino.
15 — ausente —
16 Qassi barentta kaalliyaawanttupenne Heroodisa baggatuwaappe amareeddawantta aakko kiitteeddino. Unttunttu, “Tamaarissiyaawoo, neeni tumuwaa haasayiyaawaanne Xoossaa ogiyaa tumatethaan tamaarissiyaawaa nuuni ereetto; ayaw gooppe, neeni asaappe asaa shaakkakkanne dummayakka.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Ne qofay ayentto nuussi oda; nuuni Roome gadiya Kaatiyaa Qeesaarew giiraa giiriyaawe wogeeyee woga gidennee?” yaageeddino.
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Shin Yesuusi unttunttu iita qofaa eriide, “Ha lo77a malatiyaa iita asatoo, ayaw taana paacciitee?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Giiraa giiriyaa miishshaa taana bessite” yaageedda. Hewaappe guyye unttunttu biraa santtimiyaa aw aheeddino.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 I, “Ha malaynne sunthay oowee?” yaageedda.
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Hewaappe simmiide unttuntta oochchina, unttunttu, “Roome gadiya Kaatiyaa Qeesaarewaa” yaageeddino.
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Unttunttu hewaa siseedda wode, maalalettiide A aggiide beeddino.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Hayqqeedda asay denddenna giyaa Saduqaawanatuwaappe itti itti asatuu he gallassi Yesuusakko yiide, hawadaan yaagiide, A oochcheeddino;
23 — ausente —
24 “Tamaarissiyaawoo, Muse, ‘Itti asay na7aa yelennaan hayqqooppe, he hayqqeeddawaa ishay A machchatto laattiide, bare ishaw na7aa yelanaw bessee’ yaageedda.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Nuunanna laappu ishatuu de7iino; bayray machchatto akkiide, na7aa yelennaan hayqqeedda; hewaappe guyyiyan A machchatto A ishay akkeedda.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Qassi laa7ethiyaawekka hayqqeedda; heezzethiyaawekka, laappuntha gakkanawukka hewaadan haneeddino.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Ubbaappe guyyiyan, he mishiratta hayqqaaddu.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Yaatina, hayqqeedda asay hayquwaappe denddiyaa gallassi he mishiratta laappunatuwaappe haqawoo machche gidanee? Ayissi gooppe, laappunatuu ubbaykka izo akkeeddino” yaageeddino.
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Yesuusi zaariide, hawaadan yaageedda; “Xoossaa Maxaafatuwaa woy A wolqqaa hinttenttu erenna diraw baliita.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Ayissi gooppe, hayqqeedda asay hayquwaappe denddiyaa gallassi, saluwan de7iya kiitanchchatuwa mala gidanaappe attin, attuma asaynne akkenna; macca asaynne gelenna.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 — ausente —
33 Daro asay hewaa sisiide, A timirttiyaan maalaletteeddino.
34 Shin Yesuusi Saduqaawanatuwaa co77u ootheeddawaa Parisaawatuu siseedda wode, ittisaa shiiqeeddino.
35 Unttunttu giddoppe higgiya tamaarissiyaa ittuu, Yesuusa paaccanaw ittibaa oochcheedda.
36 “Tamaarissiyaawoo, higgiya gidduwaan ubbaappe aadhdhiyaa azazu haqawee?” yaagiide A oochcheedda.
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Yesuusi zaariide, hawaadan yaageedda; “ ‘Neeni Godaa ne Xoossaa ne kumentha wozanaappe, ne kumentha shemppuwaappe, ne kumentha qofaappe siiqa’ yaageedda.
38 Hewe ubbaappe dariya azazuwaanne qassi ubbaappe aadhdhiyaa azazuwa.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Qassi laa7ethiyaa azazuukka A mala; hewe, ‘Neeni ne shooruwaa ne huuphiyaadaan siiqa’ giyaawaa.
40 Muse higgiya ubbaynne nabatuwaa timirttii ha laa77u azazatuwaan qashettee” yaageedda.
41 — ausente —
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 — ausente —
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Yesuusi unttuntta, “Yaatina, Daawite barena Geeshsha Ayyaanay haasayissina Kiristtoosa waagiide, ‘Godaa’ giide xeesii?
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Qassikka Daawite,
45 Daawite Kiristtoosa, ‘Godaa’ giide xeesooppe, yaatina, Kiristtoosi waaniide Daawita na7aa gidii?” yaageedda.
46 Yesuusaw itti qaalaa zaaranaw danddayeedda itti asaynne baawa; qassi he gallassaappe doommina, hara ooshaa A oochchanaw xaleeddawe ooninne baawa.
