1 [A Psalm.] Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: for he hath done wondrous things; his right hand and his holy arm hath wrought salvation for him.
1 Cantem uma nova canção a Deus, o Senhor , pois ele tem feito coisas maravilhosas. Com a sua força e com o seu santo poder, ele se tornou vitorioso.
2 Jehovah hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the nations.
2 O Senhor anunciou a sua vitória; ele fez com que as nações conhecessem o seu poder salvador.
3 He hath remembered his loving-kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
3 Com amor e fidelidade, ele cumpriu a sua promessa ao povo de Israel. Até nos lugares mais distantes do mundo todos viram a vitória do nosso Deus.
4 Shout aloud unto Jehovah, all the earth; break forth and shout for joy, and sing psalms.
4 Cantem ao Senhor com alegria, povos de toda a terra! Louvem o e gritos de alegria.
5 Sing psalms unto Jehovah with the harp: with the harp, and the voice of a song;

6 With trumpets and sound of cornet, make a joyful noise before the King, Jehovah.

7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein;
7 Ruja o mar e todas as criaturas que nele vivem. Cante a terra e os seus moradores.
8 Let the floods clap {their} hands; let the mountains sing for joy together,
8 Rios, batam palmas! Montes, cantem com alegria diante do
9 Before Jehovah, for he cometh to judge the earth: he will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
9 porque ele vem governar a terra! Ele governará os povos do mundo com justiça e de acordo com o que é direito.
