Darby Bible (DARBY) vs NTLH
1 [To the chief Musician. {A Psalm} of David.] The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted themselves, they have done abominable works: there is none that doeth good.
1 Os tolos pensam assim: “Para mim, Deus não tem importância.” Todos são corruptos e as coisas que eles fazem são nojentas; não há uma só pessoa que faça o bem.
2 Jehovah looked down from the heavens upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
2 Lá do céu o Senhor Deus olha para a humanidade a fim de ver se existe alguém que tenha juízo, se existe uma só pessoa que o adore.
3 They have all gone aside, they are together become corrupt: there is none that doeth good, not even one.
3 Mas todos se desviaram do caminho certo e são igualmente corruptos. Não há mais ninguém que faça o bem, não há nem mesmo uma só pessoa.
4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, eating up my people {as} they eat bread? They call not upon Jehovah.
4 O Senhor pergunta: “Será que toda essa gente má não entende nada? Eles vivem explorando o meu povo e não oram a mim.”
5 There were they in great fear; for God is in the generation of the righteous.
5 Mas eles vão tremer de medo porque Deus está do lado daqueles que lhe obedecem.
6 Ye have shamed the counsel of the afflicted, because Jehovah {was} his refuge.
6 Os maus fazem com que fracassem as esperanças dos necessitados, mas estes são protegidos pelo
7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When Jehovah turneth again the captivity of his people, Jacob shall be glad, Israel shall rejoice.
7 Queira Deus que de Jerusalém venha a vitória para Israel! Como ficarão felizes e alegres os descendentes de Jacó quando o eles prosperem de novo!
