Isaías 14
Darby Bible (DARBY) vs BKJ
1 For Jehovah will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in rest in their own land; and the stranger shall be united to them, and they shall be joined to the house of Jacob.
1 Porque o SENHOR terá misericórdia de Jacó, e ainda escolherá Israel, e o estabelecerá em sua própria terra. E os estrangeiros se juntarão a eles. E eles aderirão à casa de Jacó.
2 And the peoples shall take them and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of Jehovah for servants and handmaids; and they shall take them captive whose captives they were, and they shall rule over their oppressors.
2 E os povos os tomarão, e os trarão para o seu lugar. E a casa de Israel será seus possuidores na terra do SENHOR, por servos e criadas. E eles os tomarão cativos, como cativos eles foram, e eles governarão seus opressores.
3 And it shall come to pass in the day that Jehovah shall give thee rest from thy sorrow and from thy trouble and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
3 E acontecerá isso no dia em que o SENHOR te der descanso de tua tristeza, e do teu medo, e da dura servidão em que te escravizaram.
4 that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased, -the exactress of gold ceased!
4 Para tu vires a pronunciar este provérbio contra o rei de Babilônia, e dizer: Como terminou o opressor! A cidade dourada acabou!
5 Jehovah hath broken the staff of the wicked, the sceptre of the rulers.
5 O SENHOR tem quebrado o bastão do perverso, e o cetro dos governantes.
6 He that smote the peoples in wrath with a relentless stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted unsparingly.
6 Ele que afligiu o povo em cólera com um golpe contínuo, ele que governou as nações em ira, é perseguido e ninguém impede.
7 The whole earth is at rest, is quiet: they break forth into singing.
7 A terra toda está em repouso e está quieta. Eles irrompem em canto.
8 Even the cypresses rejoice at thee, the cedars of Lebanon, {saying,} Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.
8 Sim, os pinheiros se alegram em ti e os cedros do Líbano, dizendo: Desde que tu estás caído, nenhum lenhador sobe contra nós.
9 Sheol from beneath is moved for thee to meet {thee} at thy coming, stirring up the dead for thee, all the he-goats of the earth; making to rise from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
9 O inferno abaixo está agitado para ti, para encontrar-te à tua chegada; ele instigou a morte para ti, todos os príncipes da terra; ele tem levantado de seus tronos todos os reis das nações.
10 All of them shall answer and say unto thee, Art thou also become powerless as we; art thou become like unto us!
10 Todos eles falarão e te dirão: Tu também te tornaste fraco como nós? Tens te tornado como nós?
11 -Thy pomp is brought down to Sheol, the noise of thy lyres: the maggot is spread under thee, and worms cover thee.
11 Tua pompa é trazida até a sepultura, e o ruído de tuas violas; o verme está espalhado sob ti e os vermes te cobrem.
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, Lucifer, son of the morning! Thou art cut down to the ground, that didst prostrate the nations!
12 Como caíste do céu, Ó Lúcifer, filho da manhã! Tu, que foste derrubado ao chão, que enfraqueces as nações!
13 And thou that didst say in thy heart, I will ascend into the heavens, I will exalt my throne above the stars of *God, and I will sit upon the mount of assembly, in the recesses of the north;
13 Porque tu tens dito em teu coração: Eu ascenderei em direção ao céu. Eu exaltarei meu trono acima das estrelas de Deus. Eu também sentarei sobre o monte da congregação, nos lados do norte.
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High:
14 Eu ascenderei acima das alturas das nuvens. Eu serei semelhante ao Altíssimo.
15 none the less art thou brought down to Sheol, to the recesses of the pit.
15 Contudo, tu serás derrubado ao inferno, para os lados do abismo.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee; they shall consider thee, {saying,} Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that shook kingdoms;
16 Aqueles que te veem te observarão e considerarão a teu respeito, dizendo: É este o homem que fez a terra tremer, que sacudiu reinos?
17 {that} made the world as a wilderness, and overthrew the cities thereof; {that} dismissed not his prisoners homewards?
17 Que tornou o mundo como um deserto e destruiu as suas cidades, que não abriu o cárcere de seus prisioneiros?
18 -All the kings of the nations, all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house;
18 Todos os reis das nações, todos eles, repousam em glória, cada um em sua própria casa.
19 but thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, covered with the slain-those thrust through with the sword, that go down to the stones of the pit: like a carcase trodden under foot.
19 Porém, tu és lançado para fora de tua sepultura como um ramo abominável, e como as vestimentas daqueles que são assassinados, atravessados com uma espada, precipitados para as pedras da cova, como um cadáver pisoteado.
20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial; for thou hast destroyed thy land, hast slain thy people. Of the seed of evildoers no mention shall be made for ever.
20 Tu não serás congregado a eles em funeral, uma vez que tu tens destruído tua terra e assassinado teu povo. A descendência dos malfeitores nunca terá renome.
21 Prepare ye slaughter for his children, because of the iniquity of their fathers; that they may not rise up and possess the earth, nor fill the face of the world with cities.
21 Prepare matança para seus filhos, como resultado da iniquidade de seus pais, para que eles não se levantem, nem tomem posse da terra, nem preencham a face do mundo com cidades.
22 For I will rise up against them, saith Jehovah of hosts, and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and scion and descendant, saith Jehovah.
22 Porque eu me levantarei contra eles, diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos, e cortarei de Babilônia o nome, e remanescente, e filho e sobrinho, diz o SENHOR.
23 And I will make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water; and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith Jehovah of hosts.
23 Eu também farei dela uma possessão de ouriços e pequenos lagos de água. E eu a varrerei com a vassoura de destruição, diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos.
24 Jehovah of hosts hath sworn saying, Assuredly as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, it shall stand:
24 O SENHOR dos Exércitos tem jurado, dizendo: Certamente como eu tenho projetado, isto então acontecerá. E da forma que tenho proposto então isto prevalecerá.
25 to break the Assyrian in my land; and upon my mountains will I tread him under foot; and his yoke shall depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
25 Para que eu venha quebrar os assírios em minha terra, e sobre meus montes os pisarei. Então o seu jugo se apartará deles e o seu fardo se apartará de seus ombros.
26 This is the counsel which is purposed concerning the whole earth; and this is the hand which is stretched out upon all the nations.
26 Isto é o plano que é proposto sobre toda a terra, e isto é a mão que é estendida sobre todas as nações.
27 For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall frustrate {it}? And his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
27 Porque o SENHOR dos Exércitos tem planejado e quem irá anular isto? E sua mão está estendida, quem a fará retornar?
28 In the year of the death of king Ahaz was this burden:
28 No ano em que o rei Acaz morreu foi esta tribulação.
29 Rejoice not thou, Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a viper, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
29 Não te regozijes, a Palestina inteira, porque a vara do que te golpeava está quebrada, pois proveniente da cauda da serpente surgirá uma cocatrice e seu fruto será uma flamejante serpente voadora.
30 And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety; but I will kill thy root with famine, and thy remnant shall be slain.
30 E o primogênito do pobre alimentar-se-á, e o necessitado repousará em segurança. E eu matarei tua raiz com a inanição, e ele assassinará teu remanescente.
31 Howl, O gate! cry, O city! thou, Philistia, art wholly dissolved; for there cometh from the north a smoke, and none remaineth apart in his gatherings {of troops}.
31 Geme, ó portão. Chora, ó cidade. Tu, palestina inteira, estás derretida, pois virá do norte uma fumaça e ninguém estará sozinho em seus momentos fixados.
32 And what shall be answered to the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah hath founded Zion, and the afflicted of his people find refuge in it.
32 O que deverá alguém então responder aos mensageiros da nação? Que o SENHOR tem fundado a Sião e o pobre dentre o seu povo confiará nisto.
