1 Jesús pu ajtáhuaꞌaj aꞌyan tyihuoꞌtéꞌexaaj séej nyúucarij jɨmeꞌ. Aꞌyaa pu tɨjɨn:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 —Aꞌyaa pu tyíꞌeen aꞌájna joꞌtɨj ɨ Dios tyejéꞌijtaj tɨꞌɨj aꞌɨ́jna jimi ɨ rey tɨ tyuꞌyéꞌestej aꞌɨ́jcɨ jɨmeꞌ tɨ ɨ yójraꞌ huatyényeɨɨchacaꞌ.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Aꞌɨ́ɨjma pu huataꞌítyacaꞌ ɨ maj jimi tyíꞌmuarɨeꞌ mej mij uhuojoꞌtájeevej aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ tɨ arí huoꞌtáꞌinyej, majta aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ maj huatáꞌinyiihuacaꞌ, camu joꞌcɨɨnyicucaꞌaj maj ajeꞌréꞌnyej.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 ’Ajtáhuaꞌaj pu séecan huataꞌítyacaꞌ, aꞌyan tyihuoꞌteꞌexáatyeꞌej tɨjɨn: “Aꞌyaa xu tyihuoꞌtéꞌexaatyeꞌen aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ nyaj huoꞌtáꞌinyej tɨjɨn puꞌríj tyámuaꞌ tyíꞌeen ɨ cueꞌráj. Nuꞌríj tyuꞌtaꞌíjtacaꞌ maj huóꞌcuiꞌnyij ɨ yaꞌmuáatyee ɨ nyaj huaꞌpuꞌujtyeꞌ, néijmiꞌi pu arí tyámuaꞌ tyíꞌeen tyataꞌaj tyij tyuꞌyéꞌestej.”
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.

5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.

6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Aj puꞌij ɨ rey huápuɨꞌɨj huatanyúꞌcacaꞌ, tɨꞌquij huoꞌtaꞌítyacaꞌ ɨ juxantáaruꞌustyamuaꞌ mataꞌaj mij huóꞌcuiꞌnyij néijmiꞌcaa ɨ tyeɨ́tyee maj tyíꞌtyacuiꞌcaa majta tyuꞌtyáatɨej ɨ tyihuáꞌchiꞌij.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Ajta jeꞌen aꞌyan tyihuoꞌtéꞌexaaj aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ maj jimi tyíꞌmuarɨeꞌ tɨjɨn: “Puꞌríj néijmiꞌi tyámuaꞌ tyíꞌeen tyej tyij tyuꞌyéꞌestej, majta aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ nyaj huoꞌtáꞌinyej, camu yeveꞌréꞌnyajcuj.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Séricuj muaꞌaj, tɨꞌɨj naꞌaj tyiꞌcureꞌnyáatɨmee ɨ juyéj, siataꞌaj huoꞌtáꞌinyej néijmiꞌcaa ɨ tyeɨ́tyee aꞌchu siaj puaꞌmácan tyoonyij.”
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Matɨꞌɨj mij iiráacɨj ɨ maj jimi tyíꞌmuarɨeꞌ, majta jeꞌen jéehua huaꞌajsɨɨ ɨ tyeɨ́tyee aꞌchu maj puaꞌmácan huátyoj, ɨ maj jeꞌej puaꞌaj tyíꞌtyetyeɨtyee, majta ɨ maj tyámuaꞌ tyíꞌtyetyeɨtyee, aꞌyaa mu mij tyityoꞌhuájɨstyacaꞌ ɨ tyeɨ́tyee u chiꞌtáaraꞌan aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ rey.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Tɨꞌɨj ɨ rey utyájrupij tɨꞌij huoꞌséj aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ tɨ huoꞌtáꞌinyej, aj puꞌij séej huaséj tɨ quee aꞌyan eenyeꞌ tyiꞌtyéechan jeꞌej tɨ tyeevíjtyeꞌ tɨꞌɨj tɨpuaꞌaj sɨ́ɨj huatyényeɨɨchej.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Aꞌyaa pu tyaatéꞌexaa tɨjɨn: “Nyaꞌ amíincuj, ¿jiꞌnye petyiꞌtyájrupij aꞌyújna maj pajta quee aꞌyan eenyeꞌ tyiꞌtyéechan tɨꞌɨj tyiꞌtyéevijtɨj tɨꞌɨj tɨpuaꞌaj aꞌtɨ́j tɨ huatyényeɨɨchij?” Ajta ɨ aꞌtɨ́j capu huatanyúj.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Aj puꞌij ɨ rey aꞌyan tyihuoꞌtaꞌíj aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ maj tyíꞌhuɨɨreꞌ tɨjɨn: “Siataꞌaj jaꞌnájɨꞌqueꞌen muácaꞌraꞌan jitze, siajta ɨcájraꞌan jitze, siajta jeꞌen jiꞌrárɨeenyij joꞌtɨj joꞌtɨ́caꞌ. Aj puꞌij juyiinyen ajta jajpuéetzij jaꞌmej.”
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Jiꞌnye mueꞌtɨ́j mu huatájeeviꞌhuaj, ajta ɨ Dios jeꞌcácaa puꞌuj antyíhuoosij.
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Majta ɨ fariseos aꞌɨ́ɨ mu joꞌcɨ́j, matɨꞌɨj mij jaaxáꞌpuɨꞌɨntarej mej mij tyiꞌtɨ́j jɨn jaamuéꞌtɨn aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ Jesús tɨꞌij ootyáꞌɨtzeereꞌen, mej mij aꞌɨ́jcɨ jɨn jitzán tyoꞌojpuáꞌrityeꞌen.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Pataꞌaj taatéꞌexaatyeꞌen: ¿Nyiquij xáꞌpuɨꞌ tyaj tyuꞌnájchij aꞌɨ́jcɨ jɨmeꞌ ɨ maj huáꞌjijveꞌ ɨ tajtúhuan jitze maꞌcan, caꞌ quee?
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Ajta ɨ Jesús tɨꞌɨj jáamuaꞌreeriꞌ maj quee huatoojéꞌyacan jɨn tyéꞌihuoꞌracaꞌaj, sulu mej mij jeꞌej puaꞌaj jáaꞌuuren, aꞌyaa puꞌij tyihuoꞌtéꞌexaaj tɨjɨn:
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Sianaataséjratyeꞌ ɨ túmii ɨ siaj jɨn tyíꞌnajchitaj aꞌɨ́ɨjma jimi ɨ maj jáꞌmuajijveꞌ.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 ajta ɨ Jesús aꞌyaa pu tyihuoꞌtaꞌíhuoꞌriꞌ tɨjɨn:
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Aꞌyaa mu tyaatéꞌexaa tɨjɨn:
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Matɨꞌɨj aꞌyan tyáanamuajriꞌ, jeꞌej mu tyoꞌtaséj, ámuꞌuj mij yoorɨéej matɨꞌɨj mij joꞌcɨ́j.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Aꞌájna xɨcáaraꞌ jitze, séecan mu aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ saduceos ajeꞌréꞌnyej ɨ Jesús jimi. Aꞌyaa mu aꞌɨ́ɨmaj tyíꞌxaj tɨjɨn camu cheꞌ huatájuuritaj ɨ maj meríj huácuij, aꞌɨ́j mu jɨn aꞌyan tyaataꞌíhuoꞌriꞌ ɨ Jesús tɨjɨn:

24 —Maeestro, Moisés pu aꞌyan tyuꞌxájtacaꞌ tɨjɨn tɨpuaꞌaj aꞌtɨ́j tɨ nyeɨɨchej huámuɨꞌnyij, ajta quee xu tyiyóomuaꞌcaj, tɨ aꞌyan tyúuxɨeꞌveꞌ tɨ ɨ ihuáariaꞌraꞌ jaꞌancuréꞌviꞌtɨj aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ tɨ jatyéviꞌtɨnyaꞌaj ɨ tɨ huamuɨ́ꞌ, tɨꞌij jitzán maꞌcan tyiyóomuaꞌaj jáꞌraꞌnyij aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ tɨ huamuɨ́ꞌ.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Aꞌyaa pu aꞌnáj tyuꞌrɨ́j ityájma jimi, muaꞌráhuaꞌpuacaꞌaj aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ maj juꞌihuaamuaꞌcaꞌaj. Tɨꞌquij ɨ tɨ vástɨꞌ huatyényeɨɨchacaꞌ, ajta jeꞌen huamuɨ́ꞌ. Capu tyiyóomuaꞌaj jaꞌraa aꞌɨ́jcɨ jitze ɨ tɨ jatyéviꞌtɨnyaꞌaj, aꞌɨ́j puꞌij jimi huatyáꞌɨtzee ɨ tɨ jeꞌtyáaꞌsej.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Aꞌyaa pu chaꞌtánaꞌaj tyáaruj aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ juutzájraꞌ, ajta jeꞌen ɨ sɨ́ɨj ɨ tɨ huéeicaj jitze, aꞌɨ́ɨ pu ajta jaꞌantyánaxcacaꞌ, aꞌyaa pu chaꞌtánaꞌaj tyáaruj, ajta jeꞌen aꞌyan tyaꞌraj tɨ aꞌyan tyihuóꞌruuj néijmiꞌcaa ɨ maj aráahuaꞌpuaj aráꞌasej.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Tɨꞌɨj aꞌyan tyaꞌráꞌaj aj puꞌij téꞌej ɨ íitɨꞌ huamuɨ́ꞌ.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Arí ijíij, aꞌájna matɨꞌɨj huatájuurej, ¿aꞌtanyíj cɨ́naꞌraꞌan pueꞌéenyeꞌej jaꞌmej, aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ maj aráahuaꞌpuaj aráꞌasej, jiꞌnye néijmiꞌi mu jatyéviꞌtɨnyaꞌaj?
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Jesús pu aꞌyan tyihuoꞌtéꞌexaaj tɨjɨn:
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Matɨꞌɨj huatájuurej ɨ muɨꞌchítyee, camu cheꞌ nyejnyeɨꞌchen ɨ tyétyacaa, camu majta ɨ úucaa cheꞌ huɨɨchan, jiꞌnye aꞌyaa mu éenyeꞌej muáꞌjuꞌun matɨꞌɨj ɨ maj tajapuá tyíꞌhuɨɨreꞌ Dios tɨ jáꞌsejreꞌ.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Ajta aꞌɨ́jna jɨmeꞌ maj ɨ muɨꞌchítyee huatájuuritaj, ¿nyi sequée aꞌnáj joꞌjíjvej ɨ yuꞌxarij jitze tɨ ɨ Dios aꞌyan tyuꞌtaxájtacaꞌ tɨjɨn:
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 “Nyáaj nu aꞌɨ́ɨn puéꞌeen ɨ huaꞌ Dios aꞌɨ́jna ɨ Abraham, ajta ɨ Isaac, ajta ɨ Jacob?” Aꞌɨ́j pu jɨn quee huaꞌ Dios aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ muɨꞌchítyee, sulu aꞌɨ́ɨjma ɨ maj júurij.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 ajta sɨ́ɨj tɨ aꞌɨ́ɨn puéꞌeen ɨ tɨ tyihuáꞌmuaꞌtyej ɨ yuꞌxarij jitze, aꞌɨ́ɨ pu aꞌyan tyaataꞌíhuoꞌriꞌ aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ Jesús tɨꞌij jaamuéꞌtɨn tɨjɨn:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 —Maeestro, ¿tyiꞌtanyí nyúucariraꞌ jéetzeꞌ juxɨeꞌveꞌ aꞌɨ́ɨn tɨ joꞌyúꞌxacaꞌ ɨ Moisés?
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Jesús pu aꞌyan tyaatéꞌexaa tɨjɨn:
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Aꞌíi pu aꞌɨ́ɨn puéꞌeen ɨ taꞌnájcaj, tɨ ajta jéetzeꞌ juxɨeꞌveꞌ aꞌɨ́jna jitze ɨ nyúucarij.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Ajtáhuaꞌaj pu sɨ́ɨj nyúucarij séejreꞌ tɨ aꞌyan tyáꞌxaj tɨjɨn: “Huaxɨeꞌveꞌ ɨ axaꞌaj tyévij aꞌyájna patɨꞌɨj asɨ́ɨj tyíaxɨeꞌveꞌ.”
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Aꞌíjna jitze ɨ nyúucarij tɨ huaꞌpuaj aꞌíj pu jitze aróocaꞌnyej néijmiꞌi ɨ nyúucarij, majta aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ maj Dios jitze maꞌcan tyíꞌxajtacaꞌaj, aꞌíj mu majta jitze aróocaꞌnyej.
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Matɨꞌɨj móoj ajaꞌtyusɨ́ɨriaꞌcaj aꞌɨ́ɨmaj ɨ fariseos,
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 Jesús pu aꞌyan tyihuoꞌtaꞌíhuoꞌriꞌ tɨjɨn:
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!

43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Tavástaraꞌ pu aꞌyan tyaatéꞌexaa aꞌɨ́jcɨ ɨ nyavástaraꞌ tɨjɨn:
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 ¿Jiꞌnye tyíɨꞌrij tɨ ɨ Cɨríistuꞌ aꞌɨ́j jitze eeramaꞌcáantaj ɨ David, tɨpuaꞌaj ɨ David aꞌyan jatamuáꞌmuatyaꞌan tɨjɨn nyavástaraꞌ?
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Majta ɨ maj jáanamuajriꞌ, camu jeꞌej tyéejtyoj jeꞌej maj tyityaatányuunyij, tɨꞌɨj naꞌaj aꞌájna ɨmuáj, capu cheꞌ aꞌtɨ́j óocaꞌnyajcaꞌaj tɨ tyiꞌtɨ́j jaataꞌíhuoꞌ.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
