1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.

2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 matyu ñullaya Bale Ruku naaju aa ura rukuñuba dekeemija' mitya.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

5 ñullaa Dioschiya chumu shupuka juuñuu detiya', aamabi aa elesha juuñuu tiranu dejuve, tsenmin ñullaa chachilla' mitya Diosnu kalen jimu detiya' yachin juu tiyanu dejuve, tsejtaa ñulla Jesucristo' mityan tyeeba Diosnu keewaakeñungue' yachi mutya' uutyainuu kenudetsu, kaspele animaa tute' keewaren tsanguiñunguetu.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Matyu Diosa' Kiikanu bain entsandive:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Tsaju' ñulla keranguen mityaa balenguranu dejuve, tsaaren keenguityulachiya Diosa' Kiikanu naatiñuba juntsaave:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Tsenmin keenguityulachiya juntsa shupuka juuñuu jumunu laapu' patu entsandive Diosa' Kiikanu:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Tsaaren ñullaa Dioschi mi'ke' kaya chachilla deeve, chachilla' mitya Diosnu kalen jimu rukula deju', reichi taawasha kemu juuñu deeve, Dioschin juu jumu aa bulu chachilla deeve, tsenmin Dioschi ati'kaya chachilla deeve. Tsejtaa tiba Dioschi tsamantsa uukeraa keñu jumula ñulla veelanu wainnudetsu, yaa ñulla dishkejtsa chun tsa denañuba mangalare', yachi tsamantsa danjurunainsha mamikan tsanguive.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Uwain ñulla kaspeleya ma bulu chachilla jutyuwa deeve, tsaaren challaya Diosa' chachilla deeve, tsenmin ñulla kaspeleya Dioschi tenbi keratyuwa deeve, tsaaren challaya Dioschi tenbi keramu deeve.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Estennu keranguemu naatalala, ñulla entsa tusha chutyularen engu ja' nen tsaimulanu pan tsandintsuyu: chachilla tyee firu' kiiken chunu tyamu deeñuba tsanguen chunu tyatyudei, juntsaya lalanu firu' kekaamuñu' mitya.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Diosnuya keranguityu chachilla' kejtsapala ñulla mika deechu' kiiken chudei, tsenmalaa yala ñullanu naa challaya firu' kiiken chumu chacheeba dejuñu na'baasa pan tsandindu bain, ñulla ura' kiiken chumu deeñuba kataataakemiya, Diosnu yuj urave ti' panu dejuve ya' maanu malunu.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Ñulla Bale Rukunu keenguemu de' mityaren, naaju bale chachillanu bain meenguenuu dejuve: naa romanola' aa uñinu bain, matyu yaa kayu aa bale rukuñu' mitya,

14 naa reichi uñi tira' eramulanu bain meenguenuu dejuve, yala firu' ken chumulanuya taaju iwaanuu deju'ba, deechu' ken chumulanuya yuj ura' kiiken chumuve tinuuya dejuve,
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 tsaju' ñullanu Dios juntsangue ura' kiiken dechusa tyamuve, tsenmalaa naa tiba aseeta jutyu chachilla bain, naa tiba mijtu chachilla bain ñullanu naati' kundaa pan tsaa junudetsu.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Ñullaya maali nejuu chumula naaju chumu deeñuba juntsaa chudei, tsejturen ñu maali tyee kendya'ba tsanguen chunu ju' mityaa firu' kiiken chunuya kityude, tsa jutyu' Dioschee taawasha kemu tiyade.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Tsaju' munu bain meengue' ura' kiiken chudei; keranguemu naatalalanu estyan chudei; Diosnu jeetya' balenguudei, tsenmin romanola' kayu aa uñinu bain balengure' meenguen chudei.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Taawasha kemu chachillaya, ñullanu uudenguemu rukulanu balengure' meenguidei, ne ñullanu tenbitya' ura' kemulanun jujutyu, naa firu' kiikemulanu bain tsaren meenguen chudei.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Tsejtu ti kuipaba jutyuren taaju pullantsushu juntsaa, Dioschi mutya' keranu juve, yanu meenguendaa juntsaintsumiya.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Tsaaren ñulla firu' kiiken chun mityaa taaju indu paviya jutyuu dejushu juntsaa, ¿ti' mityaa balenu jun juntsaatu? Tsejturen ñulla ura' kiiken chun mityaa tsa-i' taaju kentsuturen tsaa jintsu' nejuuve tyantsumuya, Dioschi ura' katawa' mutyakayanu dejuve.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Tsaju' entsa deisa tyataa Diosya tsangue' ñullanu mikave, matyu Cristaa ñulla' mitya taaju ke' puimuwaave, tsenmalaa ya naa-imuwaañuba ñulla bain tsainu dejuve ke' keewaatu.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Uwain Cristoya ti ujchaba kindyuwaave,
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Naa yanu firu' padetiñuba, ya bain vejmi' firu' manbakakityu juwaave; naa yanu taaju de-iwaañuba, ya bain bene yalanu juntsangue mannu tsuyu tityuwaave, tsaju' deechu' kavitu kemu Diosyaa tyee kenu ju'ba tsanguisa tyatyaimuwaave.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Cristaa ya' bulu kuusasha tu'vi' peyatu kumuinchi lala' ujcha jumula deka' jiive, tsenmalaa lala ujchachiya peyaañuu deju' bain, umaa ura' kiikenaa chunudetsu. Tsejtu Cristoya ñulla' mitya malastemai tapave, tsenmalaa ya juntsai detapanmala ñullaya ura' mandiyanudetsu.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Ñulla kaspeleya uvejaaba ju' tupiya' nen tsaintsumuwa deeve, tsaaren challaya uvejaaba dejuñu washken tsanguemunu, tsenmin ñullanu keekeenamu Cristonaa maja' demasuudive.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
