1 The Spirit of lord LORD is upon me, because LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind (LXX/NT), and
1 O Espírito do S enhor Soberano está sobre mim, pois o S para levar boas-novas aos pobres. Ele me enviou para consolar os de coração quebrantado e para proclamar que os cativos serão soltos e os prisioneiros, libertos.
2 to proclaim the acceptable year of LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,
2 Ele me enviou para dizer aos que choram que é chegado o tempo do favor do S e o dia da ira de Deus contra seus inimigos.
3 to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of LORD, that
3 A todos que choram em Sião ele dará uma bela coroa em vez de cinzas, uma alegre bênção em vez de lamento, louvores festivos em vez de desespero. Em sua justiça, serão como grandes carvalhos que o S
4 And they shall build the old wastes. They shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
4 Reconstruirão as antigas ruínas, restaurarão os lugares desde muito destruídos e renovarão as cidades devastadas há gerações e gerações.
5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
5 Estrangeiros serão seus servos; alimentarão seus rebanhos, lavrarão seus campos e cuidarão de suas videiras.
6 But ye shall be named the priests of LORD. Men shall call you the ministers of our God. Ye shall eat the wealth of the nations, and in their glory ye shall boast yourselves.
6 Vocês serão chamados de sacerdotes do S enhor , ministros de nosso Deus. Das riquezas das nações se alimentarão e se orgulharão de possuírem os tesouros delas.
7 Instead of your shame [ye shall have] double, and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double. Everlasting joy shall be to them.
7 Em lugar de vergonha e desonra, desfrutarão uma porção dupla de honra. Terão prosperidade em dobro em sua terra e alegria sem fim.
8 For I, LORD, love justice. I hate robbery with iniquity. And I will give them their recompense in truth. And I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
8 “Pois eu, o S enhor , amo a justiça e odeio o roubo e a maldade. Recompensarei meu povo fielmente e farei com ele aliança permanente.
9 And their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which LORD has blessed.
9 Seus descendentes serão reconhecidos e honrados entre as nações. Todos saberão que eles são um povo abençoado pelo S
10 I will greatly rejoice in LORD. My soul shall be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride
10 É imensa a minha alegria no S enhor , meu Deus! Pois ele me vestiu com roupas de salvação e pôs sobre mim um manto de justiça. Sou como o noivo com suas vestes de casamento, como a noiva com suas joias.
11 For as the earth brings forth its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, so lord LORD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
11 O S enhor Soberano mostrará sua justiça às nações do mundo; todos o louvarão! Será como um jardim no começo da primavera, quando as plantas brotam por toda parte.
