1 Naghabi yayna man ye Apo Jesus kanla makauli ha pangilalayi,
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 “Hiyay panakop nan Apo Dioh, mailalayi ya ha dinyag nin maghay poon a nangitaladan nin poni ha banhal nin anak na a laki.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Haanin, intubol na hilay iipoh na a managyat kanlan kinumbida na. Noba ahe la labay ye makibanhal.”
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 “Ulita ahe hila nakew, hiyay poon, nangitubol yayna man nin kanayon a iipoh na a managyat kanlan nakumbidayna boy habiyen kanla, ‘Nakahadya anan kaganaan. Nahapo ana ye bobolog a baka boy kanayon a aayop a pinataba. Nakaapag ana ye pamangan. Kaya-bay makew kawoyna!’
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Noba ahe la hila imbabano. Hiyay magha, nakew yan nag-obda ha pananeman na. Ket hiyay magha, nakew ya ha pagpanapulan na.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.

6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 “Uli ha dinyag lan nakumbidayna, napoot yan tubat ye poon. Kaya-bay nangitubol yan huhundaloh na a mamatey kanlan namatey nin iipoh na boy mangulam nin banwa la.”
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 “Haanin, hinabi nan poon kanlan kanayon a iipoh na, ‘Nakahadya anay poniyan ha banhal. Noba ahe hilayna malyadin dumongo ye kinumbida ko.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Kaya-bay makew kawo ha dādān. Ket balang makit yon tao, hagyaten yo hila a makew ihti.’
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Ket hilay iipoh, nakew hila ha dādān. Hinagyat la hilay kaganaan a tataon nakit la, mangaloke man o manganged. Ket napno yan bibihita ye banhalan.”
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 “Haanin, hinumlep yay poon ha banhalan ta-omen na hila bilewen ye bibihita na. Nakakit yan maghay lakin ahe nakabado nin pambanhal.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Kaya-bay tinepet naya, ‘Gayyem, way-omen ka nakahlep ihti a ahe nakabadon pambanhal?’ Ket hiyay laki, ahe ya nakatnoy.”
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 “Haanin, hinabi nan poon kanlan māghilbi na, ‘Higi! Gapohen yoy gamet boy bitih na, ta itapon yoya ha ilwah ha kalitehan. Ta ihtew yan tumangih boy manginaet.’ ”
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Pangayadi, hinabi nan Apo Jesus, “Hiyay labay habiyen nin yatin pangilalayi, ket malabong hilay tataon hinagyat nan Apo Dioh a maibilang kanlan anhakopen na, noba nangaanon bengat kanla ye napili.”
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Haanin, inumalih hilay Papariseo, ta mangihip hilan papadan no way-omen laya makalot ye Apo Jesus makauli ha hahabi na.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Haanin, habiyen mo man kammi. Ha ihip mo, huhto laweh a mamayad kitawon bowih ha Emperador nin Roma o ahe?”
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Noba tanda nan Apo Jesus a maloke ye tikih la. Kaya-bay hinabi na kanla, “Hikawon māgkonwadi, taket ta labay yo kon kaloten?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Gawangan yoko man nin palatan Roma.” Ket ginawangan la yan palata.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Haanin, hiyay Apo Jesus, impakit nay palata boy tinepet na hila, “Ayay naglupa boy nagngalan ye nakadokit ihti?”
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 “Hiyay Emperador Cesar,” wanla.
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Pamakange lan pakibat nan Apo Jesus, nagtaka hila. Kaya-bay nilakwanan la yayna.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Kananyatew met ateed a mangaamot, hilay Saduseo, nakew hilan nanepet kanan Apo Jesus. Hilabay ye pangkat nin tatao a ahe ampamteg a mabi-ay uman ye nangamatey. Hinabi la kanan Apo Jesus,

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.

26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Ha kalinghuyotan, natey ya met ye babayi.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Haanin, wanae ye tepet mi kammo, ‘Ha panaon a mabi-ay uman ye nangamatey, aya lagi kanlan pitoy mikakatongno ye ahawa nan babayi, ta napag-ahawa na hilan kaganaan?’ ”
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Nakibat yay Apo Jesus kanla, “Aliwan huhto ye ihip yo, ta ahe yo angkatalohan ye naihulat a Habi nin Dioh boy hiyay kapalyadiyan nan Apo Dioh.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.

31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ‘Hikoy Dioh nan Abraham, Dioh nan Isaac boy Dioh nan Jacob.’ Hiyay labay habiyen, angkabi-ay hila po. Ta hiyay Apo Dioh, ket Dioh nin angkabi-ay, aliwan nangamatey.”
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?

37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.

38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.

40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.

41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 “Hinyay pagkatanda yo kanan Cristo? Hinyay lahi ye pangibatan na?”
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Hinabi na met Apo Jesus kanla, “No lahi na yan Poon David, taket awod ta hiyay David, hinabtan na yan ‘Apo’ ye Cristo. Ta makauli ha Ihpiditon Dioh, hinabi nan Poon David ye tungkol kanan Cristo,
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 ‘Hinabi nan Apo Dioh kanan Apo ko,
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 “No hiyay Poon David ket hinabtan na yan ‘Apo’ ye Cristo, way-omen la yan mahabi nin tatao a lahi na yan bengat nin David ye Cristo?”
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?

46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
