3 \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, how long shall the wicked|strong="H7563", how long shall the wicked|strong="H7563" triumph|strong="H5937"?
4 How long shall they utter|strong="H5042" and speak|strong="H1696" hard things|strong="H6277"? and all the workers|strong="H6466" of iniquity|strong="H0205" boast|strong="H0559" themselves?
5 They break in pieces|strong="H1792" thy people|strong="H5971", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and afflict|strong="H6031" thine heritage|strong="H5159".
6 They slay|strong="H2026" the widow|strong="H0490" and the stranger|strong="H1616", and murder|strong="H7523" the fatherless|strong="H3490".
7 Yet they say|strong="H0559", The \+w LORD|strong="H3050"\+w* shall not see|strong="H7200", neither shall the God|strong="H0430" of Jacob|strong="H3290" regard|strong="H0995" it.
8 Understand|strong="H0995", ye brutish|strong="H1197" among the people|strong="H5971": and ye fools|strong="H3684", when will ye be wise|strong="H7919"?
9 He that planted|strong="H5193" the ear|strong="H0241", shall he not hear|strong="H8085"? he that formed|strong="H3335" the eye|strong="H5869", shall he not see|strong="H5027"?
10 He that chastiseth|strong="H3256" the heathen|strong="H1471", shall not he correct|strong="H3198"? he that teacheth|strong="H3925" man|strong="H0120" knowledge|strong="H1847", shall not he know?
11 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* knoweth|strong="H3045" the thoughts|strong="H4284" of man|strong="H0120", that they are vanity|strong="H1892".
12 Blessed|strong="H0835" is the man|strong="H1397" whom thou chastenest|strong="H3256", O \+w LORD|strong="H3050"\+w*, and teachest|strong="H3925" him out of thy law|strong="H8451";
13 That thou mayest give him rest|strong="H8252" from the days|strong="H3117" of adversity|strong="H7451", until the pit|strong="H7845" be digged|strong="H3738" for the wicked|strong="H7563".
14 For the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* will not cast off|strong="H5203" his people|strong="H5971", neither will he forsake|strong="H5800" his inheritance|strong="H5159".
15 But judgment|strong="H4941" shall return|strong="H7725" unto righteousness|strong="H6664": and all the upright|strong="H3477" in heart|strong="H3820" shall follow|strong="H0310" it.
16 Who will rise up|strong="H6965" for me against the evildoers|strong="H7489"? or who will stand up|strong="H3320" for me against the workers|strong="H6466" of iniquity|strong="H0205"?
17 Unless|strong="H3884" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* had been my help|strong="H5833", my soul|strong="H5315" had almost|strong="H4592" dwelt|strong="H7931" in silence|strong="H1745".
18 When I said|strong="H0559", My foot|strong="H7272" slippeth|strong="H4131"; thy mercy|strong="H2617", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, held me up|strong="H5582".
19 In the multitude|strong="H7230" of my thoughts|strong="H8312" within|strong="H7130" me thy comforts|strong="H8575" delight|strong="H8173" my soul|strong="H5315".
20 Shall the throne|strong="H3678" of iniquity|strong="H1942" have fellowship|strong="H2266" with thee, which frameth|strong="H3335" mischief|strong="H5999" by a law|strong="H2706"?
21 They gather themselves together|strong="H1413" against the soul|strong="H5315" of the righteous|strong="H6662", and condemn|strong="H7561" the innocent|strong="H5355" blood|strong="H1818".
22 But the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is my defence|strong="H4869"; and my God|strong="H0430" is the rock|strong="H6697" of my refuge|strong="H4268".
23 And he shall bring|strong="H7725" upon them their own iniquity|strong="H0205", and shall cut them off|strong="H6789" in their own wickedness|strong="H7451"; yea, the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* our God|strong="H0430" shall cut them off|strong="H6789".
