Salmos 42

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

As the hart|strong="H0354" panteth|strong="H6165" after the water|strong="H4325" brooks|strong="H0650", so panteth|strong="H6165" my soul|strong="H5315" after thee, O God|strong="H0430".

My soul|strong="H5315" thirsteth|strong="H6770" for God|strong="H0430", for the living|strong="H2416" God|strong="H0410": when shall I come|strong="H0935" and appear|strong="H7200" before|strong="H6440" God|strong="H0430"?

My tears|strong="H1832" have been my meat|strong="H3899" day|strong="H3119" and night|strong="H3915", while they continually|strong="H3117" say|strong="H0559" unto me, Where is thy God|strong="H0430"?

When I remember|strong="H2142" these things, I pour out|strong="H8210" my soul|strong="H5315" in me: for I had gone|strong="H5674" with the multitude|strong="H5519", I went|strong="H1718" with them to the house|strong="H1004" of God|strong="H0430", with the voice|strong="H6963" of joy|strong="H7440" and praise|strong="H8426", with a multitude|strong="H1995" that kept holyday|strong="H2287".

Why art thou cast down|strong="H7817", O my soul|strong="H5315"? and why art thou disquieted|strong="H1993" in me? hope|strong="H3176" thou in God|strong="H0430": for I shall yet praise|strong="H3034" him for the help|strong="H3444" of his countenance|strong="H6440".

O my God|strong="H0430", my soul|strong="H5315" is cast down|strong="H7817" within me: therefore will I remember|strong="H2142" thee from the land|strong="H0776" of Jordan|strong="H3383", and of the Hermonites|strong="H2769", from the hill|strong="H2022" Mizar|strong="H4706".

Deep|strong="H8415" calleth|strong="H7121" unto deep|strong="H8415" at the noise|strong="H6963" of thy waterspouts|strong="H6794": all thy waves|strong="H4867" and thy billows|strong="H1530" are gone|strong="H5674" over me.

Yet the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* will command|strong="H6680" his lovingkindness|strong="H2617" in the daytime|strong="H3119", and in the night|strong="H3915" his song|strong="H7892" shall be with me, and my prayer|strong="H8605" unto the God|strong="H0410" of my life|strong="H2416".

I will say|strong="H0559" unto God|strong="H0410" my rock|strong="H5553", Why hast thou forgotten|strong="H7911" me? why go|strong="H3212" I mourning|strong="H6937" because of the oppression|strong="H3906" of the enemy|strong="H0341"?

As with a sword|strong="H7524" in my bones|strong="H6106", mine enemies|strong="H6887" reproach|strong="H2778" me; while they say|strong="H0559" daily|strong="H3117" unto me, Where is thy God|strong="H0430"?

Why art thou cast down|strong="H7817", O my soul|strong="H5315"? and why art thou disquieted|strong="H1993" within me? hope|strong="H3176" thou in God|strong="H0430": for I shall yet praise|strong="H3034" him, who is the health|strong="H3444" of my countenance|strong="H6440", and my God|strong="H0430".
