Provérbios 11

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

A false|strong="H4820" balance|strong="H3976" is abomination|strong="H8441" to the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: but a just|strong="H8003" weight|strong="H0068" is his delight|strong="H7522".

When pride|strong="H2087" cometh|strong="H0935", then cometh|strong="H0935" shame|strong="H7036": but with the lowly|strong="H6800" is wisdom|strong="H2451".

The integrity|strong="H8538" of the upright|strong="H3477" shall guide|strong="H5148" them: but the perverseness|strong="H5558" of transgressors|strong="H0898" shall destroy|strong="H7703" them.

Riches|strong="H1952" profit|strong="H3276" not in the day|strong="H3117" of wrath|strong="H5678": but righteousness|strong="H6666" delivereth|strong="H5337" from death|strong="H4194".

The righteousness|strong="H6666" of the perfect|strong="H8549" shall direct|strong="H3474" his way|strong="H1870": but the wicked|strong="H7563" shall fall|strong="H5307" by his own wickedness|strong="H7564".

The righteousness|strong="H6666" of the upright|strong="H3477" shall deliver|strong="H5337" them: but transgressors|strong="H0898" shall be taken|strong="H3920" in their own naughtiness|strong="H1942".

When a wicked|strong="H7563" man|strong="H0120" dieth|strong="H4194", his expectation|strong="H8615" shall perish|strong="H0006": and the hope|strong="H8431" of unjust|strong="H0205" men perisheth|strong="H0006".

The righteous|strong="H6662" is delivered out|strong="H2502" of trouble|strong="H6869", and the wicked|strong="H7563" cometh|strong="H0935" in his stead.

An hypocrite|strong="H2611" with his mouth|strong="H6310" destroyeth|strong="H7843" his neighbour|strong="H7453": but through knowledge|strong="H1847" shall the just|strong="H6662" be delivered|strong="H2502".

When it goeth well|strong="H2898" with the righteous|strong="H6662", the city|strong="H7151" rejoiceth|strong="H5970": and when the wicked|strong="H7563" perish|strong="H0006", there is shouting|strong="H7440".

By the blessing|strong="H1293" of the upright|strong="H3477" the city|strong="H7176" is exalted|strong="H7311": but it is overthrown|strong="H2040" by the mouth|strong="H6310" of the wicked|strong="H7563".

He that is void|strong="H2638" of wisdom|strong="H3820" despiseth|strong="H0936" his neighbour|strong="H7453": but a man|strong="H0376" of understanding|strong="H8394" holdeth his peace|strong="H2790".

A talebearer|strong="H1980" revealeth|strong="H1540" secrets|strong="H5475": but he that is of a faithful|strong="H0539" spirit|strong="H7307" concealeth|strong="H3680" the matter|strong="H1697".

Where no counsel|strong="H8458" is, the people|strong="H5971" fall|strong="H5307": but in the multitude|strong="H7230" of counsellors|strong="H3289" there is safety|strong="H8668".

He that is surety|strong="H6148" for a stranger|strong="H2114" shall smart|strong="H7321" for it: and he that hateth|strong="H8130" suretiship|strong="H8628" is sure|strong="H0982".

A gracious|strong="H2580" woman|strong="H0802" retaineth|strong="H8551" honour|strong="H3519": and strong|strong="H6184" men retain|strong="H8551" riches|strong="H6239".

The merciful|strong="H2617" man|strong="H0376" doeth good|strong="H1580" to his own soul|strong="H5315": but he that is cruel|strong="H0394" troubleth|strong="H5916" his own flesh|strong="H7607".

The wicked|strong="H7563" worketh|strong="H6213" a deceitful|strong="H8267" work|strong="H6468": but to him that soweth|strong="H2232" righteousness|strong="H6666" shall be a sure|strong="H0571" reward|strong="H7938".

As righteousness|strong="H6666" tendeth to life|strong="H2416": so he that pursueth|strong="H7291" evil|strong="H7451" pursueth it to his own death|strong="H4194".

They that are of a froward|strong="H6141" heart|strong="H3820" are abomination|strong="H8441" to the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: but such as are upright|strong="H8549" in their way|strong="H1870" are his delight|strong="H7522".

Though hand|strong="H3027" join in hand|strong="H3027", the wicked|strong="H7451" shall not be unpunished|strong="H5352": but the seed|strong="H2233" of the righteous|strong="H6662" shall be delivered|strong="H4422".

As a jewel|strong="H5141" of gold|strong="H2091" in a swine’s|strong="H2386" snout|strong="H0639", so is a fair|strong="H3303" woman|strong="H0802" which is without|strong="H5493" discretion|strong="H2940".

The desire|strong="H8378" of the righteous|strong="H6662" is only good|strong="H2896": but the expectation|strong="H8615" of the wicked|strong="H7563" is wrath|strong="H5678".

There is|strong="H3426" that scattereth|strong="H6340", and yet increaseth|strong="H3254"; and there is that withholdeth|strong="H2820" more than is meet|strong="H3476", but it tendeth to poverty|strong="H4270".

The liberal|strong="H1293" soul|strong="H5315" shall be made fat|strong="H1878": and he that watereth|strong="H7301" shall be watered|strong="H3384" also himself.

He that withholdeth|strong="H4513" corn|strong="H1250", the people|strong="H3816" shall curse|strong="H5344" him: but blessing|strong="H1293" shall be upon the head|strong="H7218" of him that selleth|strong="H7666" it.

He that diligently seeketh|strong="H7836" good|strong="H2896" procureth|strong="H1245" favour|strong="H7522": but he that seeketh|strong="H1875" mischief|strong="H7451", it shall come|strong="H0935" unto him.

He that trusteth|strong="H0982" in his riches|strong="H6239" shall fall|strong="H5307": but the righteous|strong="H6662" shall flourish|strong="H6524" as a branch|strong="H5929".

He that troubleth|strong="H5916" his own house|strong="H1004" shall inherit|strong="H5157" the wind|strong="H7307": and the fool|strong="H0191" shall be servant|strong="H5650" to the wise|strong="H2450" of heart|strong="H3820".

The fruit|strong="H6529" of the righteous|strong="H6662" is a tree|strong="H6086" of life|strong="H2416"; and he that winneth|strong="H3947" souls|strong="H5315" is wise|strong="H2450".

Behold, the righteous|strong="H6662" shall be recompensed|strong="H7999" in the earth|strong="H0776": much more the wicked|strong="H7563" and the sinner|strong="H2398".
