Êxodo 7

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto Moses|strong="H4872", See|strong="H7200", I have made|strong="H5414" thee a god|strong="H0430" to Pharaoh|strong="H6547": and Aaron|strong="H0175" thy brother|strong="H0251" shall be thy prophet|strong="H5030".

Thou shalt speak|strong="H1696" all that I command|strong="H6680" thee: and Aaron|strong="H0175" thy brother|strong="H0251" shall speak|strong="H1696" unto Pharaoh|strong="H6547", that he send|strong="H7971" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" out of his land|strong="H0776".

And I will harden|strong="H7185" Pharaoh’s|strong="H6547" heart|strong="H3820", and multiply|strong="H7235" my signs|strong="H0226" and my wonders|strong="H4159" in the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714".

But Pharaoh|strong="H6547" shall not hearken|strong="H8085" unto you, that I may lay|strong="H5414" my hand|strong="H3027" upon Egypt|strong="H4714", and bring forth|strong="H3318" mine armies|strong="H6635", and my people|strong="H5971" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714" by great|strong="H1419" judgments|strong="H8201".

And the Egyptians|strong="H4714" shall know|strong="H3045" that I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, when I stretch forth|strong="H5186" mine hand|strong="H3027" upon Egypt|strong="H4714", and bring out|strong="H3318" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" from among|strong="H8432" them.

And Moses|strong="H4872" and Aaron|strong="H0175" did|strong="H6213" as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* commanded|strong="H6680" them, so did|strong="H6213" they.

And Moses|strong="H4872" was fourscore|strong="H8084" years|strong="H8141" old|strong="H1121", and Aaron|strong="H0175" fourscore|strong="H8084" and three|strong="H7969" years|strong="H8141" old|strong="H1121", when they spake|strong="H1696" unto Pharaoh|strong="H6547".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H0559" unto Moses|strong="H4872" and unto Aaron|strong="H0175", saying|strong="H0559",

When Pharaoh|strong="H6547" shall speak|strong="H1696" unto you, saying|strong="H0559", Shew|strong="H5414" a miracle|strong="H4159" for you: then thou shalt say|strong="H0559" unto Aaron|strong="H0175", Take|strong="H3947" thy rod|strong="H4294", and cast|strong="H7993" it before|strong="H6440" Pharaoh|strong="H6547", and it shall become a serpent|strong="H8577".

And Moses|strong="H4872" and Aaron|strong="H0175" went in|strong="H0935" unto Pharaoh|strong="H6547", and they did|strong="H6213" so as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* had commanded|strong="H6680": and Aaron|strong="H0175" cast down|strong="H7993" his rod|strong="H4294" before|strong="H6440" Pharaoh|strong="H6547", and before|strong="H6440" his servants|strong="H5650", and it became a serpent|strong="H8577".

Then Pharaoh|strong="H6547" also called|strong="H7121" the wise men|strong="H2450" and the sorcerers|strong="H3784": now the magicians|strong="H2748" of Egypt|strong="H4714", they also did|strong="H6213" in like manner|strong="H3651" with their enchantments|strong="H3858".

For they cast down|strong="H7993" every man|strong="H0376" his rod|strong="H4294", and they became serpents|strong="H8577": but Aaron’s|strong="H0175" rod|strong="H4294" swallowed up|strong="H1104" their rods|strong="H4294".

And he hardened|strong="H2388" Pharaoh’s|strong="H6547" heart|strong="H3820", that he hearkened|strong="H8085" not unto them; as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* had said|strong="H1696".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto Moses|strong="H4872", Pharaoh’s|strong="H6547" heart|strong="H3820" is hardened|strong="H3515", he refuseth|strong="H3985" to let the people|strong="H5971" go|strong="H7971".

Get|strong="H3212" thee unto Pharaoh|strong="H6547" in the morning|strong="H1242"; lo, he goeth out|strong="H3318" unto the water|strong="H4325"; and thou shalt stand|strong="H5324" by the river’s|strong="H2975" brink|strong="H8193" against he come|strong="H7125"; and the rod|strong="H4294" which was turned|strong="H2015" to a serpent|strong="H5175" shalt thou take|strong="H3947" in thine hand|strong="H3027".

And thou shalt say|strong="H0559" unto him, The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* God|strong="H0430" of the Hebrews|strong="H5680" hath sent|strong="H7971" me unto thee, saying|strong="H0559", Let my people|strong="H5971" go|strong="H7971", that they may serve|strong="H5647" me in the wilderness|strong="H4057": and, behold, hitherto|strong="H3541" thou wouldest not hear|strong="H8085".

Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, In this thou shalt know|strong="H3045" that I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: behold, I will smite|strong="H5221" with the rod|strong="H4294" that is in mine hand|strong="H3027" upon the waters|strong="H4325" which are in the river|strong="H2975", and they shall be turned|strong="H2015" to blood|strong="H1818".

And the fish|strong="H1710" that is in the river|strong="H2975" shall die|strong="H4191", and the river|strong="H2975" shall stink|strong="H0887"; and the Egyptians|strong="H4714" shall lothe|strong="H3811" to drink|strong="H8354" of the water|strong="H4325" of the river|strong="H2975".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H0559" unto Moses|strong="H4872", Say|strong="H0559" unto Aaron|strong="H0175", Take|strong="H3947" thy rod|strong="H4294", and stretch out|strong="H5186" thine hand|strong="H3027" upon the waters|strong="H4325" of Egypt|strong="H4714", upon their streams|strong="H5104", upon their rivers|strong="H2975", and upon their ponds|strong="H0098", and upon all their pools|strong="H4723" of water|strong="H4325", that they may become blood|strong="H1818"; and that there may be blood|strong="H1818" throughout all the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", both in vessels of wood|strong="H6086", and in vessels of stone|strong="H0068".

And Moses|strong="H4872" and Aaron|strong="H0175" did|strong="H6213" so, as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* commanded|strong="H6680"; and he lifted up|strong="H7311" the rod|strong="H4294", and smote|strong="H5221" the waters|strong="H4325" that were in the river|strong="H2975", in the sight|strong="H5869" of Pharaoh|strong="H6547", and in the sight|strong="H5869" of his servants|strong="H5650"; and all the waters|strong="H4325" that were in the river|strong="H2975" were turned|strong="H2015" to blood|strong="H1818".

And the fish|strong="H1710" that was in the river|strong="H2975" died|strong="H4191"; and the river|strong="H2975" stank|strong="H0887", and the Egyptians|strong="H4714" could|strong="H3201" not drink|strong="H8354" of the water|strong="H4325" of the river|strong="H2975"; and there was blood|strong="H1818" throughout all the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714".

And the magicians|strong="H2748" of Egypt|strong="H4714" did|strong="H6213" so with their enchantments|strong="H3909": and Pharaoh’s|strong="H6547" heart|strong="H3820" was hardened|strong="H2388", neither did he hearken|strong="H8085" unto them; as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* had said|strong="H1696".

And Pharaoh|strong="H6547" turned|strong="H6437" and went|strong="H0935" into his house|strong="H1004", neither did he set|strong="H7896" his heart|strong="H3820" to this|strong="H2063" also.

And all the Egyptians|strong="H4714" digged|strong="H2658" round about|strong="H5439" the river|strong="H2975" for water|strong="H4325" to drink|strong="H8354"; for they could|strong="H3201" not drink|strong="H8354" of the water|strong="H4325" of the river|strong="H2975".

And seven|strong="H7651" days|strong="H3117" were fulfilled|strong="H4390", after|strong="H0310" that the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* had smitten|strong="H5221" the river|strong="H2975".
